Sublease needed

My name is Danny and I am looking for a sublease for Ohio University’s Winter Quarter (January 3 – March 16). I am going away for an internship opportunity during this time and this is why I am in need of a sublease. Right now I am paying $500 + utilities but because I need to pay for another apartment I am asking for a price of 400+ utilities obo.
The place is located right on Court Street in uptown Athens, on the top floor above Brenens coffee shop, between CVS and Wendys, across from Chipotle. Because it is on the top floor the room has elevated ceilings and 4 skylights throughout the apartment. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with one room twice the size of the other. I have two roommates already and it is not a problem to fit three. My roommates are nice guys that are easy to get along with. Wi-fi is included, utilities include water and electricity. The apartment also comes fully furnished with a half dishwasher and a full bath with tub.
